KHS&S first worked with the City of St. Petersburg in 2005 to complete an exterior renovation of this beloved performing arts center. In 2019, KHS&S was engaged once again to complete an exterior demolition, remove current surfaces and re-skin the entire exterior.

KHS&S theming and construction experts helped transform the visitor areas around Florida’s tallest roller coaster. Their work earned KHS&S an ABC First-Place Eagle Award.
Regional Medical Center Expansion, Riverview, FL

The hospital’s $112-million expansion required KHS&S installing and finishing more than 674,000 square feet of drywall and more than 56,000 square feet of exterior EIFS.
