KHS&S Installing Panels for 30-Story High-Rise in Austin

KHS&S is completing the exteriors for the 30-story Waterloo residential tower at 2400 Seton Avenue in Austin.  The project is targeted to students attending the University of Texas West Campus.

The project involves the installation of a mix of Parex Watermaster CI EIFS, Parex Nutech Watermaster DAFS and Ipe hardwood soffits and sidings.

JE Dunn, the general contractor, chose a panelized exterior to improve the schedule.

KHS&S is installing the panels using swing stages at upper elevations of the project.
