Overview
The Waterfront at SeaWorld is a five-acre nautical “neighborhood” designed to recreate the ambiance and color of vibrant seaports around the world.
KHS&S completed a broad scope of exterior themed construction and interior work for the Waterfront’s five separate buildings, which total more than 84,000 square feet of floor space.
Scopes of work include exterior framing, light gauge metal trusses, lath and sheathing, stucco, carved stone, veneer plaster, brick veneer, 20 GFRG columns, 50 FRP dentals, insulation, drywall and FRP panels.
