UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER (UMC) PROJECT, NEW ORLEANS, LA
Here's an opportunity to work on one of the largest healthcare projects in the country!
KHS&S is accepting resumes from experienced individuals to work on the University Medical Center (UMC) New Orleans. This massive Medical Care Campus project includes 424-bed inpatient hospital towers, an adjoining 70 000-square-meter diagnostic and treatment center and associated site work. The project is under construction and will continue throughout 2014. Depending on the exact position, candidates must have a minimum of two - five years of experience framing and hanging drywall or supervising large work teams, particularly in the interior/exterior building trades. Candidates should have a proven track record of working well with general contractors and other subcontractors on the job site. Broad experience with hospital construction inspection processes and regulations is preferred.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT, NASHVILLE, TN AREA
PROJECT FOREMAN, NASHVILLE, TN AREA
Our Nashville, Tennessee office is now accepting resumes from experienced individuals to oversee field operations for interior/exterior components of large construction projects. Candidates must have a minimum of three to five years experience as a drywall construction superintendent or foreman, with most of that experience working directly on hospital or healthcare-related projects. Broad experience with hospital construction inspection processes and regulations is preferred. Candidates should have a proven track record of working well with general contractors, subcontractors and sub-subcontractors. Strong people skills are essential. This position may involve travel. Candidates from the Southeastern U.S. with knowledge of regional hospital codes and regulations preferred.
