Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor is the first completely new-build resort with more than 750 rooms to open in Southwest Florida in more than 13 years.
Opened Dec. 15, 2023, the resort features 785 guest rooms including 189 top-tier luxury Sunsuites™ strategically placed over 22 waterfront acres.  The property also features 60,000 square feet of meeting and conference space, 20 dining options and bars, two pools, retail outlets situated along a scenic harbor side promenade, and a fitness center and spa.
KHS&S performed major interior and exterior scopes of work on the resort and was KHS&S’s largest project completed in 2023.
