KHS&S Makes its Mark on Allegiant Travel's First Destination Resort

Allegiant Travel wants to capitalize on the thousands of visitors its airline brings to Port Charlotte, FL by constructing its first Sunseeker Resort.

When the $1 billion project is complete, the chic destination will include 512 residential suites for long-term seasonal stays and hotel rooms for short get-away vacations. The developer is Point Charlotte Development.

KHS&S’s scope of work includes metal stud support systems, insulation, EIFS, door frames, access doors, interior metal support systems, gypsum board systems and finishing, shaftwall systems, gypsum sheathing, lath and cement plaster.
