BayCare HealthHub at Bloomingdale integrates health and wellness care in a high-tech setting.

KHS&S completed multiple scopes for the $53 million facility, including metal stud framing, insulation, gypsum board installation and finishing.

KHS&S also used Dryvit Starter Boards on the exteriors, saving production time while delivering higher quality. The pre-finished termination system replaces all back-wrapping of termination and window corners, making installation as much as 50 percent faster than the traditional installation method.

Although starter boards were more expensive – almost four times as much as the standard alternative – the savings in production made them more cost effective as a whole. The product is also three times more impact resistant than traditional materials and the warranty is two years longer.
