Southwest Florida’s Coconut Point is an upscale retail development featuring more than 12 acres of lakes, shops, restaurants and office space.

KHS&S constructed nearly 300,000 square feet of boutiques and restaurants, installed 30,000 square yards of stucco, 10,000 pieces of DensGlass, 7,000 pieces of plywood and 25,000 linear feet of exterior wall framing in only seven months.

Light gauge trusses, sheathing and EIFS shapes were also in KHS&S’ scope of work.
