KHS&S used suppliers from all over the world and worked closely with designers to create the unique architectural elements and water features that make the Seminole Hard Rock Casino Tampa expansion stand out. The effort took unprecedented coordination, exacting engineering, quality control during every step of fabrication and a level of craftsmanship that only KHS&S can provide.

KHS&S completed traditional drywall, finish, framing and paint throughout the casino, but what really makes the project stand out are its finely-engineered and installed specialty architectural elements.

KHS&S used 16 different types of marble, 24 types of ceramics and 14 types of natural stone in various sizes, colors and thickness throughout the project. Out of those 54 unique items, only four could be found locally. The remaining 50 products were special orders from multiple states and other countries.
