KHS&S helped create a luxury destination at the Sandpearl Resort, which draws inspiration from its picturesque beachfront setting on Clearwater’s waterfront. The resort features timeless island architecture, sophisticated amenities and a world-class spa.
Sandpearl Resort opened in 2007 as the first new beachfront resort on Clearwater Beach in over 25 years. The luxury five-star resort features 252 guest rooms and suites, a full service spa and fitness center, upscale and casual dining and meeting and event space.
Sandpearl is designed with environmental stewardship in mind. It is a designated member of the Florida Green Lodging Program and is LEED Certified Silver.
KHS&S completed the hotel, spa, ballroom and utility building, which included 147,000 square feet of exterior stucco and decorative foam shapes and 329,500 square feet of interior walls and ceilings.
