Dallas County Records Building Transformation

Dallas, TX

Intersecting the Old & New in an Historic Renovation

The renovation at the Dallas County Records Building Complex’s three historic buildings will encapsulate the past, present and future of Dallas County.

As part of the four-year $138-million renovation, general contractor MB3 (a joint venture between Manhattan Construction Company, Thos. S. Byrne and 3i Construction) and KHS&S will connect the three-building complex into one building. The project valued at more than $5 million for KHS&S began in early 2019 with completion expected in summer 2021.
