KHS&S to Share Best Practices at National Lean Conference

KHS&S’s Lean leadership will be in the spotlight this fall at the 22nd Annual Lean Construction Institute (LCI) Congress in Detroit. Lean Champion D.J. Smith, along with Alex Behringer from The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, will present “Staying Consistent through the Highs and Lows of the Daily Huddle Process.”

Smith and Behringer worked together on the presentation abstract, which was chosen from submissions from teams across the United States.

Earning a speaking role at the popular conference illustrates KHS&S’s leadership in the training and implementation of Lean practices and recognizes the company on a national stage.
