A New Exterior in a Historic Florida Neighborhood

KHS&S-Tampa completed the exterior re-skin for Westminster Palms, a senior living facility located in the heart of the historic Old Northeast Neighborhood of St. Petersburg, FL.  The project included exterior framing repair, insulation, exterior sheathing, and 54,000 square feet of EIFS and windows.

The 15-month project required not only high levels of quality to meet the residents’ expectations but also constant adherence to stringent safety protocols, since teams worked at heights of up to 14 stories perched between St. Petersburg’s skyline and its Bayfront.
