ELEVATING THE WORKPLACE THROUGH ARTISTIC CRAFTSMANSHIP

Spencer’s & Spirit Halloween’s expanded corporate headquarters adds 81,000 sq. ft. of office space and amenities to the company’s current campus. The expansion brings the total campus footprint to 24 acres.

The development features a state-of-the-art fitness center, a one-mile outdoor walking path, outdoor meeting spaces, solar paneling, and EV charging stations in a new 400-space parking lot.  Egg Harbor Township has been the home to Spencer’s headquarters since 1977.

KHS&S performed significant scopes of work on the project’s interiors and exteriors including furnishing and installing the project’s signature design feature – an expansive, decorative Arktura wall and ceiling in the headquarters’ main lobby.  Typically installed on drywall, the freestanding architectural wall is a first, allowing natural light to seep through the wall’s artistic, perforated design.

KHS&S’s scope also included ACT ceilings, metal stud framing, drywall installation and finishing, and reSAWN  timber plank cladding for the interior lobby wall and exterior walls / soffits.

The exterior timber cladding was installed using a rain screen system with vapor barrier, fiberglass green girts, mineral wool and wood furring strips.
