The third Margaritaville project awarded to KHS&S, Margaritaville at River Spirit is part of a $380 million expansion including a 28-story hotel, restaurant, casino and theater.

The restaurant features an active hand-carved rockwork volcano that erupts and fills an 8-foot tall margarita blender. A two-story 5 O’clock Somewhere bar resembling a weathered dock is the largest Jimmy Buffett-themed watering hole in the nation.

KHS&S-constructed pontoon boats with banquet seating are outfitted with Mercury motors. Themed column covers and palm tree clusters throughout the casino along with life-size majestic blue herons, marlins, pelicans and sharks showcase KHS&S’ extraordinary craftsmanship. The resort brings to life a tropical oasis and creates a new gaming experience at one of the most expansive gaming floors in Oklahoma.

The project opened in phases between August 2016 and February 2017.
