Overview

Fairfield Resorts Tower 2 is a nine-story resort located in Lake Buena Vista, near Walt Disney World. KHS&S applied 102,700 square feet of EIFS to the project, including an EIFS water management drainage system.  In addition, KHS&S installed the GFRC balustrades, stone caps, foam shapes and created eye-catching diamond-shaped cut-ins to add visual interest.

The project was completed in just five months.
