KHS&S completed the exteriors and interiors of this massive downtown complex, which was completed in two phases.

For Building I, KHS&S worked 245 feet above one of Orlando’s busiest intersections to complete the exteriors and “tower within a tower” cupola. KHS&S also completed the building’s two-story rotunda, which provides a dramatic entry to the Class A office venue.

For Building II, KHS&S completed interior insulation, drywall and metal studs; and exterior EIFS, lathe, stucco and metal studs. KHS&S also completed the EIFS in the parking garage.
