Overview
After more than 35 years, the exterior of the 383-bed Blake Medical Center was due an upgrade due to general wear and tear and leaks. Hospital management also wanted a new, updated appearance to reflect the advanced levels of care provided at the facility. KHS&S Contractors was selected to complete the entire 27-month re-skin project.
KHS&S’ specific scopes of work included removal of the East Tower’s EIFS; framing and sheathing for the East, North and South towers and installation of a complete Dryvit Outsulation® Plus wall system.
The project was completed on-budget and three months ahead of schedule.
