KHS&S Water and Flame Wall Delights Guests at IP Casino's Carnaval De Brasil
Carnaval De Brasil is an upscale, Brazilian restaurant located at the newly rebuilt IP Casino Resort in Biloxi, Mississippi. Formerly the Imperial Palace, the IP Casino was devastated by Hurricane Katrina and has since undergone a complete transformation. In addition to completing IP's interior and exterior renovations, KHS&S built the Carnaval De Brasil and its aesthetic center - a spectacular120-foot rock, water and fire wall containing a cascading water flow, 14 fire boxes featuring natural gas flames and LED lighting orchestrated to resemble a lava flow. Working from three pencil sketches, KHS&S completed the project - from architectural drawings to project completion - in just four months
