Defying the challenges of a fast-paced, six-month construction schedule, KHS&S called on its resources across multiple offices to complete the interior and exterior finishes of this spectacular casino on time and to the exacting standards of craftsmanship that have become KHS&S’ hallmark.

With painstaking attention to detail, KHS&S completed the 250,000- square-foot casino’s extensive exterior framing, EIFS, exterior cast and theming, exterior water feature, interior framing, drywall, faux finishes to simulate Venetian plasters, millwork, ornamental metals and exterior and interior cultured stone veneers. In addition, KHS&S crews used intricate stencil designs to turn the project’s ceilings into works of art.
