From sculpting stucco to create the authentic Mission Plaza to installing decorative GFRG quoins to create the architecture of a Texas train station and cantina, KHS&S' commitment to excellence comes through in every detail.
In order to create the best of Texas culture and history, KHS&S craftsmen hand-carved nearly 40 percent of the stone in this Texas-sized atrium. The rest they created using stone veneers and timber wood finishes. When only the real thing was appropriate, KHS&S brought in 20-foot timbers to build a large truss porch adjacent to the project's hotel.
The result is a magical collection of multi-level streetscape facades that cast an enchanting spell on this celebrated $515 million development.
