Description
The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida features a 130,000-square-foot casino, a 250-seat food court and eight restaurants.
KHS&S completed all the interior construction, including metal stud framing, six domed ceilings, multiple areas of coffered ceilings with multi-stepped soffits and one-of-a-kind ornamental designs. KHS&S also installed more than 3,000,000 square feet of drywall.
The casino’s “bat-wing” ceiling design required KHS&S craftsmen to frame multiple squared soffits. Perfect framing and alignment were imperative to create the desired aesthetic effect.
