Description
Comprised of seven separate buildings totaling more than 941,000 square feet, the Intermedia Complex and National Operations Center (NOC) at Highwoods Preserve required three superintendents to work together under a single project manager with one common goal: quality construction.
KHS&S' scope of work included all interiors and exteriors including interior drywall, metal stud framing, and insulation; and exterior engineering and design, EIFS and insulation.
The project was completed in three phases.
