KHS&S embodied the spirit of Kina’ole, a devotion to excellence, on the Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort project. To the required standards, KHS&S craftsmen performed multiple scopes of interior and exterior construction to modernize the iconic resort while maintaining consistency with the Polynesian-inspired theme that has captivated guests since its opening in 1971.
KHS&S completed work in three areas of the project: 1) Renovation of the Great Ceremonial House; 2) Construction of the new over-water Bungalows; 3) Conversion of 248 existing guest suites (located in three existing guest buildings) into Disney Vacation Club deluxe studios
