KHS&S Contractors set the standard for an elegant, high-end store at Neiman Marcus. KHS&S provided interior metal framing, drywall and GFRC light coves, ceiling domes and detailed crown molding. KHS&S also gave depth to the ceilings with decorative coffered panels.
KHS&S used technical precision to build the facility's steel wall framing. During the design-build phase, KHS&S worked closely with the project's architect and millwork contractor to make sure the framing would meet exact standards and dimensions. The result? A precise fit for the store's millwork and highly-detailed finishes.
The main sales floor is striking. KHS&S value engineered a custom light trough that provides a soft glow of light around the ceiling of the sales floor. It's the perfect touch for a beautiful store that will appeal to shoppers for years.
