CNL Center II

KHS&S completed the structural framing and installed more than 410,000 square feet of drywall for this 12-story, 291,200-square-foot, Class A office project located in downtown Orlando.

KHS&S scope of work included lobby and common space interiors and ceilings, including dramatic double reveal ceilings with recessed lighting.

KHS&S also completed the rotunda lobby, floor lobbies, exterior stucco soffits, exterior GFRC balcony columns, and core package for the adjacent 14-story, CNL Center I.
