This five-story, $76 million construction project expanded JFK Medical Center to 424 beds, tripled the size of the emergency department and converted the facility to 70 percent private rooms. KHS&S completed the 182,000-square-foot project’s interiors and exteriors, including interior/exterior framing, EIFS and drywall. KHS&S also re-skinned the exterior EIFS of the existing hospital.
