The largest private capital investment in Denton’s history, Presbyterian Hospital is a five-story, 272,538-square-foot hospital with 161 private rooms, shelled space for 55 beds and a full complement of surgery and endoscopy suites, cath labs and a 27-bed emergency department. KHS&S completed the interiors and exteriors, including metal studs, drywall and 185,000 square feet of acoustical ceilings. In addition, KHS&S framed, sheathed and completed more than 150,000 square feet of EIFS in just six weeks.
