KHS&S completed the exterior and interior metal framing, exterior EIFS, 1.4 million square feet of drywall, FRP panels and decorative interior ceiling drops for the Seminole Tribe of Florida´s 90,000-square-foot casino and 250-room hotel complex. To allow the original casino to remain in operation 24 hours a day, KHS&S constructed temporary exterior EIFS-panels and temporary interior drywall partitions to separate patrons from the construction area.
