After mold and poor construction wrecked havoc on this 250-unit, 5-year old luxury apartment complex, KHS&S was called in to completely reface the project's 90,000 square feet of exteriors and rebuild the interiors. Working with an onsite engineer and mold specialist, KHS&S opened every floor and wall, determining what to remove and replace.
