Designed by Thomas L. Findley, the library features expanded space for collections, computer labs, multimedia resources and special services for children and teens. Described as a "living room for the community," the building integrates a warm sense of the past with the benefits of modern technology and a contemporary sense of space and light. KHS&S also completed the metal framing, intricate ceiling work and installed nearly 500,000 square feet of drywall for the project's interiors.
