KHS&S completed more than 300,000 square feet of exteriors for this open-air shopping destination. This included installing 30,000 square yards of stucco, 10,000 pieces of Dens-Glass, 7,000 pieces of plywood and 25,000 linear feet of exterior wall framing – all within a seven-month schedule. In addition, KHS&S' preconstruction department worked closely with the design architects to finalize and complete the construction and all working drawing for the project.
