Anaheim office seeks qualified individual to work in fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Must have well developed analytical and conceptual skills; extensive knowledge of construction materials, means and methods; ability to read and interpret drawings, including schematic and conceptual formats. Bachelor`s degree in Construction Management or other appropriate field of study preferred. Requires 10 years related experience in estimating in the construction industry, and experience estimating large interior/exterior wall and ceiling projects; 2 years experience as Chief Estimator managing staff is preferred. Working knowledge of QuickBid and OST. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and great attention to detail.
