Candidates must have a minimum of five years project management experience, preferably in the wall/ceiling field, and have a proven track record of working well with general contractors, other trades and sub-subcontractors. KHS&S-Tampa is seeking experienced individuals to oversee operations for interior/exterior components of large projects throughout South and Central Florida. The ideal candidate will have superior knowledge of interior metal framing and drywall as well as exterior metal framing, lathing and stucco systems. A proven track record working with general contractors and a minimum of five years experience is required. Experience working on healthcare projects and with Florida hospital construction inspection processes and regulations preferred, but not mandatory. Metal Stud Framer / Drywall Hanger - Various Locations, Florida
KHS&S-East Coast is seeking metal stud framers and drywall hangers for projects throughout Florida. The ability to read blueprints is a plus, but not mandatory. Candidates must be able to meet daily production and must be capable of reading a measuring tape, level, plumb bob and laser. He/she must also have a good knowledge of hand and power tools associated with the trade. Applicant must supply his or her own tools and have transportation.
